Need 4 [Scizor] Speed!

Having trouble getting my Scizor deck up to speed---it's starting too slow. Having trouble getting T2 Scizor Prime w/2energy on it. Here's the list I'm currently running:

4 Scyther UD
3 Scizor Prime UD
1 Scizor UD
2-1-2 Nidoqueen
1 Eevee UD
1 Espeon (non-prime) UD
2 Uxie LA

3 Bebe's Search
3 Cyrus Conspiracy
4 Pokemon Collector
2 Pokemon Communicator
1 Lucian's Assignment
2 Conductive Quarry
1 Luxury Ball
4 Super Scoop Up
2 Emcee's Chatter
3 Team Rocket's Trickery
4 Defender
1 Rare Candy
1 Palmer's Contribution
2 Expert Belts

4 Special Metal
4 Metal
2 Psychic

Strategy is to get Scizor out and hitting T2 while tanking w/ Special Metal. Nidoqueen is for healing, and Espeon is tech for a little heal/snipe. Scizor (non-prime) is for hitting Shedinja (which I'm facing alot as a tech vs. Scizor Prime) Wide open to suggestions...thanks!
 
I don't think that Espeon is needed. So take out Eevee and Espeon along with the Psychic Energy's, add in 2 more Uxie, and 2 more Metal Energy. The Cyrus's should be used to it's full power so add in 2 Crobat G's and 4 Poke-Turn, by taking out 4 Defender, the Lucian's and 1 BeBe's Search. Then make your Nidoqueen line more consistant by adding in 1 more Rare Candy, to do that take out 1 Pokemon Communitcator. This should help your deck speed and consistency.
 
Thanks Ragneg...added the extra RC, 1 more Uxie, & 2 metal NRG and got rid of the Espeon, Emcee's, & Lucians. Kept the Defenders though because they really help Scizor Prime tank and they really frustrate the opponent (Ttar w/2 Sp.Dark did Power Claw for 80 but only did 10 w/ 2 Defenders attached, 1 Sp. Metal, and the Queen heals). Seemed much speedier---at least today. Thanks for the help!
 
No problem, as a big Scizor fan I also made a deck. My list is near your's but not quite the same. I know the defender's help i just wouldn't play them as a personal preferance but all the power to you for playing them I'm glad I could help.
 
youre having trouble because there is no focus. look at those trainers. it's all over the place

try a list like this
