Q: If I have an Ampharos(Damage Bind) on my bench and a Galactic HQ in play, could someone have a window of opportunity to use a "When you play this Pokemon" Poke' Power, such as Togekiss(GE) Serene Grace, before the Galactic HQ would see it and put damage counters on it?
