the strategy is to use empoleon to hit the bench and use absol to move the damage and then use ssu so you get absol back

-3 super scoop up
-3 energy removal 2
-2 sidney's stadium

+2 buffer piece
+2 mysterious shard
+3 castaway
+2 glacia's stadium

So now you have 27 trainers to make 60 cards in the deck.
