my strategy is to use feraligatr to put out a fire who is attacking meganium and other way around for the other 2

any help will be extremely appreciated!

What's your strategy, dude?

I don't see any synergy between those three. You should focus on one of them.
 
Drop meganium, drop tyhlosion and arceus. They are entirely unnecessary in this deck. add 2 uxie, add 2-2 claydol, make your fergy line a 4-3-4 line, add 2 rare candy add fishermans, felicities and some communications, also drop beginning door, oaks visit and moomoo milk, you need to add 2 more roseanne's you could also consider adding a 1-1 Floatzel GL lxl x so that way your pokemon go back into your hand when they get knocked out. Also add in BTS to give you a faster set up! Drop the fire energy and make it all water. And you can use the grass energy for anything else you think would fit!

Anyways dragon, I would say to add in 4 bebes, 2 rosys, 1 Uxie, couple Claydol if you can to get out your primes faster, 2 more rare candy, a couple BTS, pokemon communication, Night maintenance or palmers....that should help it.

thanks but can i use 8 bebe's?
 
just use the gatr, the other two just clog and slow everything down.

4-3-4 gatr (3 MT crocanaw, 2 prime, 2 spinning tail)
2-2 claydol (league promo)
1 uxie (leage promo)
1 azelf
2 spiritomb
1-1 floatzel gl x
21 pokemon

1 luxury ball

2 expert belts (maybe 3 if you could fit another one in)

this should be a much more consistent list. Use DCE/Raindance to quickly set up a spinning tail feraligatr and start to spread damage. once knocked out, you can just use fisherman/extra energy to set up your prime and use it's attack to do 60+ whatever damage they have on them from spinning tail (could be a good amount) and sweep from there. claydol and uxie are for draw, azelf is for prize searching, floatzel x is for getting pokemon/precious energy back.
