Need more info about this Japanese McDonald's booster pack

Hi,
I have some of this Japanese McDonald's Booster pack but I need some info about this item.
I think this is the second release of the original e-minimum booste pack but I can't find any info about the real name of the booster pack.
Inside (I think) there is only one single card because it's really "flat".
Can anyone help me with this product? :wink:

Looks like it was 1 card per pack, total of 5 cards in the set. Apparently it was a promotion for the 5th movie.
