Im soon to biuld my first deck and i would like to know if anyone knows when and what sets are cycleing out next? dont wanna build a deck that cant run in the format 
And anyone know a good site i can go to for battles and info on decks and tourneys (was watching jwittz on youtube but he seems to have stoped posting) also whats this rare candy change i keep hearing so much about? ...and for that matter all the new rules that come into effect when BW comes out? thanks alot for responding
