Need trainer help

So i have a machamp deck and i was wondering if someone could help me out on trainers. cuz my current list is fast, but not fast enough. i usually get things going T3 - T5 and i want to change it to T1-T3

I'll assume you're running a 2-1/3-1 uxie line already with a 1-2/2-2 claydol. So say 23 trainers:
4 Bebe's
4 Roseanne's
4 Rare Candy
1 Luxury Ball
4 Rowan
2 Night Maitnence
4 Pokeball

4 Rowan? No. The list looks good, but I don't agree with Rowan or Pokeball. Run 2 Cynthia's, and 2 Warp Point instead of Rowan. And take out the Pokeball for 3 Stark Mountain (Dusknoir matchup) and 1 of whatever else, energy, pokemon.

I agree with the post above mine, but that extra card should clearly be dedicated to another Luxury Ball.
