Here's the list...

POKEMON:
3-1 Darkrai/Lv.x
4-3-1 Sneasel/Weavile (SW)/Weavile (DP)
2-2 Jigglypuff/Wigglytuff
2 Pachirisu

TRAINERS:
4 Bebe's Search
4 Roseanne's Research
4 Prof. Oak's Visit
4 Pluspower
3 Scott
2 Sidney's Stadium
2 Moonlight Stadium
2 Double Full Energy
1 Premier Ball

ENERGY:
12 :dark: Energy
4 Special :dark: Energy

Here is the plan...To power up darkrai with weavile's first attack which lets u search for two :dark: Energy Cards and attach them. With weavile's zero retreat cost, bring out darkrai with wigglytuff on bench already. I need have Sidney Stadium out and use Wigglytuff's power to make my open sleep (assuming the defending is not dark) and attack for 80 damage. If I can get Darkrai lv.x out, there's not much need for wigglytuff or sidney stadium.

What do u think? Good/bad? What to change/add?

The general point of DarkVile is to load something with :dark: energy and give it the special :dark: on a :dark: Pokemon effect. You should probably do one of the following:
1.) Add an attacking Pokemon (Crawdaunt ex or Shiftry ex is what most people use), and necessary energies.
2.) Change your Pokemon to something like this:
3-1 Darkrai/Lv.x
4-3-1 Sneasel/Weavile (SW)/Weavile (DP)
3-3 Jigglypuff/Wigglytuff
3 Pachirisu

A good card to concider since you run Moonligh stadium is a 1-1 or 2-1 of Palkia and Palkia Lv.X.

Trainers could use modification:
4 Bebe's Search
4 Roseanne's Research
4 Prof. Oak's Visit
4 Pluspower
1 Scott
1 Sidney's Stadium
2 Moonlight Stadium
2 Double Full Energy
1 Premier Ball
3 Team Galactic's Wager (The prevous setup was inconsitand with the scotts, and any deck should use Galactic, because it provides diruption and a new hand.)
Also, do you realy need the PlusPower? That should be the first to go if you want to increase the number of Pokemon.

how do I use palkia lv.x to my advantage? How does it tie in to my darkvile deck? I've always been confused on how to use Palkia and palkia lv.x.

Well I know of the spacial rend attack that lets me search for a stadium just like scott. but when should I use transback or should I even use it at all? And in what situations do I use the lv.x's "restructure"?

And about Wigglytuff, is there a reason to add another line?

Dark engage and moonligh stadium means anything of yours esentialy has free switch. That way you undo the switch of your Pokemon. It's a Tech, but a good one.

1 This is what you dont need - Moonlight Stadium - it gives GG deck the advantege.
2 Exs are bad.

if your going to up Wiggly then you might as well put in Iggly

I'm no genius, but steven's really helps speed your deck up, like crazy! Especially with all the bench warming helpers these days.(Though combining steven's with claydol is freakin' sweet)

well, if you want my opinion, i think you might want to throw in another pokemon because none of yours has more than 100 HP. darkrai lv. X is pretty fragile with a x2 weakness, so you might want a more solid pokemon for attacking.

some good trainers are steven's and tvr

i would recommend changing your stadiums to crystal beaches. the decks you fear the most are all running special energies.

Speed

I have been trying to make a deck like this work, but . . . because everything is weak to fighting and has low HP, a good portion of the major decks out there just blow through it unless you get very, very lucky with coin flips. You either need to go with a whole bunch of ball trainers to outspeed the opponent or try something to raise the HP such as buffer pieces. But it is definitely fun to play when it works.

I play a simular deck like this but without the Jiggly line.
Instead, I use Togekiss to speed up Weavile DP for heavy damage.
This way, I don't really need to have Darkrai lv.X in play in order to do heavy damage.

Wigglytuff is only a tech that helps Darkrai. However, since it only works when Sidney's Stadium is in play, it would take a bit long to set up. Well, that is my experience.

This is the Dark deck that I am currently running:
---------
Pokemon
---------
3 Unown G
2 Darkrai Sleep Hole
2 Darkrai lv. X
3-2 Weavile (1 DP and 1 SW)
3-2-2 Togekiss

---------
Trainers
---------
2 Premier Ball
1 Island Hermit
1 Scott
1 Holon Mentor
1 Rare Candy
2 Dusk Ball
1 Bebe's Search
2 Night Maintenance
1 Roseanne's Research
4 Super Scoop Up
2 Prof. Oak's Visit
2 Moonlight Stadium
1 Sidney's Stadium

--------
Energy
--------
20 Basic :dark:

It may seem like a crazy set, but it works for me.
Unown G for the defence against certain attacks, but if you don't battle GG, replace with 1 Sneasel and 2 Weavile DP.
And the many basic for good Serene Grace-ing.
That is it. Ofcourse it's up to you to take out and put in your own cards and start playing.
