New Deck (Need Tips & Ideas)

I made this deck with hope that it maybe good against some of the decks that are being played but I don't have to many power house players to add to it, I'm sure I could change something out for Houndour and Houndoom but I was hoping that I could get some tips on how to improve this deck. If you want to make a Fire/Dark deck, fine. But this isn't the way to go. You have way too many Pokémon and not enough draw Supporters. Or Trainers in general.
Pick out who you want to be your main attackers and go from there.
