I gotta say the artwork is pretty good this round, most tin promos have been much uglier than the set version but tbh I like the Lugia promo better than the set version which look derpy imao. Thundurus was ugly to begin with, and Deoxys doesn't look too bad (think I like the set better thought)

What this release date does is make sure the casual players are always a couple steps behind the competitive players, and make the competitive players spend a bunch of money on cards that will lose value. On face value these are good for the players, but in reality it hurts basically all of them.

You know, I am ticked off at the release date. The reason why is because its 8 days AFTER my birthday. I swear, these release dates are trolling me.

Just think of the children who are born December 25. They would have 2 presents, and then they have to wait a full year until they get their presents.

I have a friend who was born on Dec 24, and they always celebrated their "birthday" in June for that very reason.

Anyways, I adore the Lugia. <3

That's actually somewhat worse, and I would understand celebrating it in June or some other time, but it would be dissapointing to wait a year just to have their birthday & Christmas.

Who is to say these will be the good versions of these cards.

Could always pull a Black Kyurem/White Kyurem on us and tin unplayable cards.
