As for energy attachement, it will be from hand, or MORE likely its a translation discrepancy and the energy will come from the discard too.

Obviously, I'm sure he didn't mean 4 of every type of basic. But rather... Several different energy to make a deck run conveniently without running into the simple issue of same energy blockage.
