New Mods for a new site

Ok during the fall/winter season holidays I will be building up my Pokemon forum site.

I am expecting to have it going around and going early/spring 2014.

I am gonna need mods for this site.

So if your interested in being a new mod for a new site
explain to me in a post about a thousand words why I should consider you and why you would be a great fit to a new pokemon forum community.

I will take all inquiries under consideration.

Hoping to find a strong team to work together for a new experience

Maybe it is just me, but it seems a bit rude to come to an existing Pokemon site looking for Mods / members for a new Pokemon site.

Seems like there is a rule about that type of situation or at the very least there should be.

I don't particularly feel it is a good use of PokeGym resources to fill positions on your future site.
