New player reward energy?

Anyone else get a mailer from Pokemon with a set of foil promo energy? Is this the new player rewards?

No pix, maybe try to upload later. They came in official poke mailer like old pop packs did. Had the same "thanks for playing pokemon" letter enclosed. They were at least official.

I uploaded mine, so as soon as they are approved.... they are all different 8 energys as league foils, except no pokeball. and at the pot left, there is something that says pokemon organized play. and then you get two league upper energy and 2 league lucians. you also get a pack of hg-ss sleeves.
