If you play in enough matches and track them on your scorecard, you'll earn special TCG online code cards! And, if you meet more specific goals you can even earn exclusive Unova themed awards, including this badge case and a special badge for each season!

For so many years, pokemon players have been asking for a badge case - and now it has become a reality.I really like how there is a spot for your DS games as well.

Serious props to TPCI for this. it looks amazing.

so anyone have any idea what it is made of? I hope its not cardboard, that will just be disappointing
 
Badge case sounds really cool. =)

A little disappointed that there are no league promos announced, though.

But let's see what the online codes are for. ^^

It has slots for 2 3DS games on top half, so it has to be rubber on the inside. This leads me to think this is a high quality product.

It is pretty lame to see such negative posts about the lack of promo cards. It seems like no matter what TPCI does, there are going to be a large amount of people who will never be happy. The badge case has been asked for by league members for years - we get it - and people still complain.

TPCI give us SO much free stuff, and yet so many complain. Go to any other game and you will have to pay for just about every event. Go to any other game and see if the organizers listen to their fan base.

The pokemon VGC crowd knows how much work and planning goes into everything and shows it's gratitude whenever possible - but the TCG players feel as if the company owes them something and complains at every turn.
 
SOOOOO COOOOLLL I WANNNNTT ITTT!! I remember when i began this game and wanted one and i would collect all the badges and never have a place for t,. Now as gym leader i just wanta play for it just to ahve one and say FINALLLLYY!!!

I don't complain, I just state my opionion and all positive and negative aspects I see about that announcement. Isn't this what the thread is for? Doesn't it actually help TPCi to see what people think as long at it is posted in an appropriate way?

Somewhat unfair. That does not apply to all TCG players by any means, and I'm sure the VG people aren't all saints.

Most of the comments were highly favourable.
 
It looks like foam on the inside, not plastic. But still a high quality-looking thing.

I wanna know what the League Code Card unlocks. If it's just last year's Promos, I'll be disappointed. If it's a Booster Pack, I'll be encouraged. Anything more, and I'll be ecstatic.

You are aware that is a computer generated picture, right?

Just a drawing of the closed and open case. Not real. We will have to wait and see...

Unless you all are seeing a real badge case somewhere that I missed...
 
I would guess the TCG Online league codes would be similar to the tin codes.
IE not only do you get the promo card, you also get a "pet" for your avatar, plus 3 booster credits.

Hopefully they do reveal the actual promo cards, I like the online codes, but would rather get a card to play with in real life.
The badge case is neat though!

If there are only the code cards, I can see league attendance going way down.

From my experience lots of the younger players are not interested in the online game.
I have even seen code cards in the trade box (or trade binders).
 
Aspertia City Gym Season

Anyone know when TCPi is going to start allowing orders for the upcoming season? It is still listed as "Come back later" on the League accounts at Pokemon.com
