I'm betting that by next year a supporter engine will be released that will provide the support Stage 2 needs. SP won't be able to run both Cyrus AND that supporter engine to keep up.
 
1. Guys the format just officially changed a week ago. There is no point to this thread while we still have literally the entire year left before we have to worry about the next rotation, IMO.

2. Read post #17, next year's format WILL BE RR-ON. This is fact.
 
I REALLY hope Platinum goes away. Death to SPs decks!!! That being said, it seems like it would be an unusual choice for PUI to remove Platinum's base set and start the format at the very next set.

Sure they can.


And although SP would be significantly hurt big time, they still have some tools to work off of like sp radar (lol) and Aaron's. Dragon rush is still a pretty great attack being able to snipe anything for 3 colorless and i can't wait till people start using super scoop up to acheive multiple bright looks.

It'll be RR-on and Flygon lv. X will make a comeback :lightning:
 
The format is so boring that people already look forward for the day the overpowered sets (ST/PT) are finally gone. Cant blame them, can you? RR on would be cool, cards like feraligatr might finally be allowed to shine
 
im really waiting for sp's to be gone, and when the format will slow down a bit.(like GS- on) It will bring life to so many new decks

Not really sure why people think this will happen. There will be common oversued effective decks GS-on just like now, they just wont be SP. I can't wait for people to start complaining about how lame/cheap/boring turbo donphan,kingdra, tyranitar, steelix become (those decks see play right now too)

I find people usually complain the most when decks are better than their's.
 
Why wouldnt it happen? lets look at the obvious here. things get rotated, and new decks rise as metagame decks. I said nothing about non-meta decks, just that it will be refreshing with new cards that are not played at all whatsoever
 
If RR-on is the fromat Blastzel will rise in popularity.

100 to anything a turn, and not having to worry about power spray.

if its going to be 4 sets getting rotated then it wont be platinum - on. 1. MD 2. LA 3. SF 4. PL that means RR- on. which I guess I will be pretty disappointed to see lol. I like SP's =)
 
Man I hope it's RR-On, I HATE SP DECKS! IMO they make the pokemon TCG game boring and uninterseting cause there's no uniqueness and all. Death too Sps man I'll be happy. (Idc if we lose Uxie I just want sps gone forever, I'm sure they'll make some kinda of pokemon or trainer engine, ect to replace Uxie)
