hello again i was wondiring if nido kings power gene affects nidoqueens toxic because it dosent say "whenever the attacting pokemon does damage" well thanks

Ah, but you need to do at least some damage in order for Power Gene to do "10 more"; and Nidoqueen's Toxic only makes it poisoned, it does not do any damage. From the Compendium-EX:

Q. If you have FR/LG Nidoking in play and make an attack that does no direct damage (i.e. puts opponent to sleep, or poisons them), does Nidoking's power add +10 damage or not?
A. The implication of "Power Gene" is that you must do at least SOME damage in order to do "10 MORE". If the attack does no damage, then Power Gene does not work. (Sep 16, 2004 PUI Rules Team)
