Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Nintendo DS Lite Concerns

Your high speed internet comes into the house to a high speed modem supplied by your telephone or cable company. If your computer is directly connected to the modem with an ethernet cable then you don't have wireless, and need the USB wifi adapter. If you've got a wireless router/accesspoint plugged into the high speed modem and a wifi card plugged into your computer, then you are wireless and should be able to access the internet without the USB wifi adapter.

Thank you for the info sir, and no, I don't got that wifi card. So I'm going to go with the USB. I read a review on it on IGN and it looks pretty awesome. I checked Circuit City, $40.

Dayum..I'm going all out with this DS..

What accessories do you guys suggest?

Nooooooo don't get it from circuit city. They overcharge. Even nintendo.com has it cheaper at 34.95. You should get it from ebay, it has an average ending price of $20 shipped. The only accessory you need IMO is a screen protector. Maybe a case too to hold it.

Go with a wireless router over the USB hub. The wireless router is only $10-20 more than the USB hub, and it allows you to use your laptop wirelessly as well as your WiFi. Both have pretty limited range, though...

I don't got a Laptop. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Venusaur, hm..Yeah I did check eBay about that. I just might buy it from there. I went to Circuit City today, all their cases look bad. Can anyone recommend a good case? Where you bought it from/how much.

Even though your talking about DS, my SP is still in great condition after getting a protector for the outside of the system. IMO get the protector for your DS. It feels great on the hands

Well, I thank you all for your kind suggestions and info.

Tomorrow is the moment of truth, I plan on going to Circuit City afterschool to go buy the DS Onyx Mario Bundle. I will buy a case for it as well, don't want my baby to get messed up.

Please leave any further suggestions or comments, I should be able to read them before I go (4PM).

if you have the chance buy insurance that way if the hinge is cracked or there is a pixel defect you can swap it for a new one. Also because of its fraility you would wouldn't be to worried about dropping it.

Don't know if it's too late, or if you already bought it, but that DS Lite case that looks like a sock, which comes with Mario skins (and is free at CC w/purchase of a Lite) is a good case.

I just keep my Lite inside the covering that it was packaged in, and slide it down into that sock thing. Nice cushion and protection without being really bulky. CC also has another case for the regular DS that's really good for carrying games and accessories.

Annnd, for the record, I'm always late to the party.. lol
