18 Lightning but does it really matter?

I decided to try to build it let's make this thing work I've been tweaking this thing all day and it seems to flow ok any more suggestions?

Unfortunatly, I see it working... Heh. Um... if I were you I'd take out 2 Warp Point for 2 Professor Oak's Research or 2 Copycat. Either way, you'll have yourself some draw power Trainers in the deck for when you need 'em (early game or late game).
 
Copycat is Brilliant it let's me shuffle my hand which could be huge back into my deck giving ne more cards to draw

Cool Idea :D Might I suggest trading the Mysterious Fossils for Fast Ball. It's not a supporter, and it will let you get your Raichu Ex out of the deck any time you play it. I personnally would feel more comfortable playing with one more Pikachu and one more Raichu Ex as well -- maybe sacrifice two energy cards to work them in. Otherwise I can see the possibilty of a Raichu Ex that you need being buried in your prizes -- but hey, that's just me!

I would suggest considering some of the following:
go with the 4/3 line
add the fast balls
add poke nurses-they work very well with raichu ex since not much can take it out
add fan clubs to get yellow rodents quickly
desert shaman might be a very effective stall card(i'm not a big
fan of desert shaman but this could be a good place for it)
 
another idea.....consider using Multi technical machine 01
with paralyzing gaze......

I'm not sure if it would be allowed but if you
could attach it to one of your fossils in
play and paralyze your opponent it would be
an excellent stall card....

Ken, count your Trainers again, there's 46. You also listed Pokemon fan club twice but even with that there's still too many cards
