I made this deck when I was bored.
It has won a few games.

Pokemon-20
4 Spirtomb PA
4-3-1 Drapion lv.x SF
4-4 Weezing GE

Trainers/Supporter/Stadium-40
3 Bebe's Research
3 PONT
3 Professor Oak's Visit
3 Volkner's
3 Moonlight Stadium
2 Great Ball
3 Dusk Ball
3 Quick Ball
1 Luxury Ball
3 Switch
4 Poke Rescue
1 Time Space Distortion
3 Night Maintenance
3 Premier Ball
2 Level Max.

Stratgey-Get Drapion lv.x on your bench, use Tri-Poison,add extra poison damage in between turns with Weezing.Have active Drapion use Scorpion Grapple to hold active in place.70 Poison damage in between turns.WOOT$

The only problem I can see with it, is that you are holding your entire strategy based on coin flips. With a poorly times tails, you could lose the game.

Here's one problem . . .

4 Spirtomb PA

. . .

2 Great Ball
3 Dusk Ball
3 Quick Ball
1 Luxury Ball
3 Switch
4 Poke Rescue
1 Time Space Distortion
3 Night Maintenance
3 Premier Ball
2 Level Max.

You are shutting off nearly half of your own deck. With your ideal starter out, you won't be able to use that Ball engine for a quick set up. They'll be dead cards in your hand.

Try taking some of that out for 4 Collector and a Palmer.

1 Drapion X and no Azelf?

You would be better off with a 3-2-2 Drapion line.
