No Flat Zone?

After you unlock Mr. Game and Watch, don't you get Flat Zone? I didn't. My brother did erase my game data ( only the stages and characters). Help would be appreated.

After you get Mr. Game and Watch, you have to use him in one of the single player modes (all-star, classic, or adventure) and then you will get Flat Zone.
