No Rare Deck Help

I need help on this no rare deck, I want to use it in a no rare tournement, it has some problems, I can't get energies quick enough to KO my opponent-cant decide what to take out

3 Misty's Poliwag (Gym w/Hypnotic Stare)
2 Misty's Poliwhirl

Well, the point of my deck is to stall with Misty's Poliwag (Hypnotic Stare is the BEST!), Mantine, and Tyrogue, while I Build up Quagsires and Misty's Poliwhirl, and discard the opponenet's energies until they can't attack anymore, while cutting down the HP of the Defending pokemon

This deck needs less Pokémon and Energy and more Trainers. I have built a ton of no-rare decks that resemble some structures found in normal decks. I like your idea about using Misty's Poliwhirl and Quagsire to remove Energy; I've tried Misty's Poliwhirl years ago and it works wonders in battles.

If I were you I would run a "staple" deck with all the old non-rare deck staples. That'd give em a run for their money...

you know that Azumarril from SS is an uncommon right? it may be an interesting card to add unlimited damage is nasty in any format
