No words

when ever I open the PTCGO thingy it goes to the loading thing it says loading but then it stops no words expands a bit only background
Ive tried to reload it multiple times but it always does the same thing
any body have the same thing happen or know how to fix it?

I had, removed it from the hard disk and installed game again. Now it works again.

Try starting the game by clicking the "refresher.exe" instead. Worked for me
