So the fact that the starter has been seen in Walmart, does that mean Groundbreakers ISNT being pushed back till March?
Or maybe the starters will be available winter/now, but the 2 and 3 figure boosters might be the things delayed.

I wonder what will be the visible pokemon, and if they will do the same thing and have 'promotional' D/P pokemon that are not on the list that has been floating around !

I'd guess the set is pushed back until March but someone didn't get the memo.

I wonder if the TFG set release dates will have distance from the TCG set release dates so they don't conflict with each other.

I heard that the distributor for my store is out of the boosters for Next Quest so I hope this is a signal that a new set is coming earlier than March.

Why would you even begin to think it was delayed till march? There's no official news of this. The original poster's distributor made a mistake, that's all there is to it.
It's still coming out in December.
