Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

North & East Texas City Championships 2010-2011

Hell, there's nothing about "me" that makes me look like a Luxchomp player...And I played it the other day!

Question for Birch/Danny/the other PTOs: how come so many of the weekends were scheduled this season so that there'd be one event going on in Fort Worth the same day as there would be one going on in north Dallas?

Don't get me wrong...I'm definitely not complaining - I find it really cool to have at least three cities within 30 minutes' driving distance/45 minutes' distance on the DART. I was just curious what made running four cities on the 8th/9th more practical/preferable to, say, four cities on four days?

Traveling players,

I know we have some Dallas / Ft. Worth players traveling around the state for Cities so here's a heads up.

The Houston area Deer Park CC's have been rescheduled from December 26th to January 1st. We're still at Skirmish Games and keeping the same times, 12:00 pm Registration / 1:00 pm Round 1.

January 1st:

Skirmish Games
8317 Spencer Highway
Deer Park, Texas 77536

This might peak your interest because the Houston area now has two City Championships that weekend and Dallas / Ft. Worth will be taken the weekend off.

January 2nd:

Valley Ranch BBQ
22548 Hwy 249 (corner of Spring Cypress & 249)
Tomball, Texas 77070

1:30 pm Registration
2:30 pm Round 1 begins

Pretty much the same thing that always dictates when our Battle Roads and Prereleases will be - the availability of the venue(s).

So... Who has been sad that they weren't beat by VileGar by me like BRs?

I want to go to the next one but I don't know if it's already been capped. *sigh*

I want to go to the next one. But I can't. lol.
