Hello people of pokegym this is my deck report for the NY city championship that was held this sunday.
I was playing with a ludicolo nintails deck and went 2-3 here is a list of what I played!
Round 1 vs Patrich
Patrich was playing a eeveeloution deck.I had a great start with plusle and magcargo with rare candy ludicolo in my hand but with no slugma in my deck, I knew this game was going to be long.He got a turn one umbreon ex on me thanks to his pokemon power on evee but i was able to stall with ninetails.In the end it was desert ruins that saved me.Won 1-0
Round 2 vs Brian
Brian was playind a dragtrode deck with the holon pokemon electrode. wow that was a great idea might I add.I have a horrible set up two lotad and he was playing dual ball and lanet net search on me like crazey he finally got out his dark elecrode and his hole deck might I add it was over for me lotads are no match aganist that lol.Lose 1-1
Round 3 vs Darrel
Darrels deck was good a typhlosion weezing deck agin a bad set up this time it was plusle with nintails and magcargo in my hand but no energy for four turns!By then Darrel had his hole set up i could not pull out my cards.Lose 1-2
Luch break!
Round 4 vs Bradley
Bradley was playing a dark crobat and jumpluff deck i had a nice turn out and was able to pull out my cards quick.He played alot of rare candy but i pulled out my atm rock to win the game.Won2-2
Round 5 vs Eli
Eli!!!My man was playing a typhlosion ex deck with pidgeot man my final game was bad anothor bad set up arrrrrrr first turn pidgeot for eli against my lotad but the fourth turn he had typhlosion ex on me no way I could win.lose2-3
Well in the end I was happy that I had fun.And tried a new deck too!
