Energy:
10 Electric
3 DCE

Strategy:

This one is simple, get out Zebstrika and start disconnect turn 2. After that its all about managing damage and stopping your opponents energy drops from sticking. This deck sole purpose is disruption and control of battle.

Considerations:
Victory medal- always a nice card but still on the off chance can fail.
Super Scoop up- a great way to remove damage if it happens to work, in my eyes less useful without Uxie in rotation.
Revive- to bring back the early KO that is possible vs a opening mewtwo on the opponents side.
Defender- hopefully will buy a turn if not a waste of space and play.
switch, should be in here
N- more disruption especially if the opponent is ahead on prizes.
Exp. Share- helps recycle energy between Zebstrika's
Elektric- Dynomotor is amazing.

No Catcher? In a deck that's primarily trying to control, I think Catcher would be a huge part.

I'm not sure I would run 3 Mewtwo either. Throw in a Super Rod and you'll be able to recover the Mewtwo. It's not as immediate, but so much more versatile!
