Not enough energy. On average you will get two or maybe 3 per Kiss. I would say you need at least 22. Cut Pachi or cut Claydol because they are both taking up a lot of space in here. The SSU's really aren't necessary because after 1 or 2 Kisses most of your energy will be gone from the deck. Celio's should be Bebe's so that you can shuffle energy in if you draw it. Needs more Night Maintenance so you can surprise them with a late game Ho-oh.

Other than that it looks decent.

My deck is catching on. Drop the claydol line. whats it gonna help you do in here? you use togekiss and ho-oh. thatz it. 18 energy is fine. I played with that and got 4-5 energy on most of my serene grace. Drop the TGW for more draw. You dont need to mess with them. get the ho-oh running turn two hitting 100-120.

Kiss and G-OH !!

I played in a tournament this week-end with my "Kiss and G-Oh" deck. Record of 16-1
Only lost against G/G. Other deck on tourney were Magmortar, Magnezone and Darkrai.
This deck idea was from "Mr.Meches" (Professor). Thanks to you.
I had change couple of things to match my personality.

Pokemon (14)

4 x Ho-Oh
3 x Togepi
2 x Togetic
3 x Togekiss
2 x Unown G

Trainers (28)

3 x Scott
4 x Bebe's Search
2 x Holon Mentor
2 x Great Ball
2 x Quick Ball
3 x Rare Candy
2 x Mr. Stone's Project
2 x Plus Power
2 x Strenght Charm
3 x Team Galactic Wager (I will probably change those!!!)
3 x Crystal Beach

Energy (18)

3 x water, 3 x Fire, 3 x Psy, 3 x Grass, 3 x Lightning and 3 x Holon FF

Set up is very fast. The only problem i had Was a start with Unown G only Pokemon and no trainers or other basic Pokemon. But for all the games As soon as i have my 2 ho-oh's Ouch !!! Average Energy drawn with Togekiss Power was 4.:thumb:

I went to league yesterday
Since Jeremy was playin this we both made it.
He decided we should put in claydol adn so we did
It increased getting up a kiss like 2 more turns then before (T2-T3)
Added another Night Main
Because I like Shuffling Back Energies

Brocoli boy : don't you think have to put back energies in deck made lost of tempo ?

MrDraz: FFs are there to prevent weakness against big hitter like Empoleon and Wailord's decks.
Plus power and strenght charm are there when I need OHKO like against GG and Magmortar.
And both Kiss and Ho-Oh are Fighting Type Resistant !!!

If you play 18 energy with 3 FF, you are only running 15 that Kiss can get, 2 of which might get prized, and at least 2 of which you could draw before even using Kiss. That leaves you with 10-14 energy to get off Kiss for the whole game, and you only have 5 different types. So with somewhere between 40 and 46 cards left in your deck when you get your first Kiss (lol), you'll be lucky to get 3 in the top 10. Not even taking into account that those three need to be different types.

Plus, so what if they OHKO a Ho-Oh? That's what Phoenix Turn is for.

Trust me, I know this deck. I've been playing it on Redshark and Appr since the original got posted. I almost made top 8 with it at States.

Also, I never said anything about Str Charm/PP or fighting resistance

i made this deck and played it with brocli boy we tested alot i used 3 tgw and claydol it helps so much you kill there hand all the time and always draw up. i run 19 (currently) energy and do fine 16 even worked ok. you cant really know how this deck works unless you've played with it.
3 ho-ho
3-1-3 togekiss
4 pachi
2-2 claydol

3 TGW
3 candy
3 steven's
2 rosannes
3 night maintenance
2 pp
4 celio's net
3 crystal beach

3 fire
3 lighting
2 metal
2 dark
2 psychic
3grass
2 fighting
2water

SSU should not be played, it's too flippy ot be useful, and a lot of times is just not necissary. Play multiple Togekiss if you need the energy, and if you're playing four Togekiss in a game, odds are that fourth one won't have many energies to pull anyway.

Also from expirience, 16-18 basic energy works best with Togekiss. I personally prefer 16.

^Hope you're happy with maxing at 100 and not being able to attach FFs off of Kiss.

You had asking me if i am happy with maxing at 100. Thats why i telling you about PP / Strenght Charm.

About my last sentence about fighting resistant, it was not intend to you. it was supposed to be aded in my first reply to Brocoli.

And i was not reply to be rude ( i hate rude people !!!) ,it was just to give my 2 cents advise.

Thanks guys.

Each one of those Pluspower/Strength Charms goes away after you use it and only adds 10. Having the extra energy type makes it 20 instead and it stays on after 1 attack.

Master Ball > Quick Ball
Professor Rowan > Professor Oak's Research

And it may be consistent but what happens when you need to Kiss more than once? Seriously, 22 energy is best for this deck.

Thats actually not supposed to be Research. I need to fix that. Its Visit.

Master ball is no where near as good as quick ball in this.Quick Ball is a promise . Master ball you can not even get a pokemon. IN this deck. getting ANY pokemon is a plus because it thins the deck and allow more energy on Kiss. 22 Energy is such overkill. With 17 you average about 3. Which in reality is all that you need. Saying 22 is needed is terrible. The most you EVER need in this deck is 19.

BTW, if you DONT believe me, i'll play you in RedShark. Just let me know.

I realize that 22 seems outlandish, but having all 8 types and having 3 of most of them helps out A LOT because it gives you the opportunity to give extras of the other types to the Kiss, who is a very valuable attacker in this deck. It also gives you the option of manually attaching without having to worry about how much you need to lucksack off the top.

Just look at the numbers. On average you want 5 energy on 2 Ho-ohs throughout the game. That's 10 energy. 22-10 is 12, which is quite a bit for Kiss to work with. 17-10 is 7...and you are extremely lucky if Kiss #3 can grab more than 2 of those.

Also, Bill's Maintenance > Visit.
