Old cards' attacks?

Have older cards with the attack "Magic Dust" been errataed to have the text "Flip a coin. If heads, choose a special condition...." I am asking about Butterfree from Neo Discovery, to be exact.

No, older cards that reference Special Conditions have not been changed to include any Special Conditions that came along after those cards were printed. If such a card was to be re-released, then the wording might be changed, but going back and changing older cards, with errata to account for new game mechanics, is not done.
