OP. Series 1 Sceptile 4/17 HOLO??

Hi everyone,
I am new to collecting pokemon cards. Actually this is my sons collection, but its something I enjoy doing with him. I'll get to the point.

I have a card I can't find any info on. It's a OP. Series 1 Sceptile 4/17 with a HOLO picture. I have seen info on this card, but there is never any mention of holographic versions. Any thoughts?

It may have come as a promo in Target or Wal-Mart with some booster packs, becuase at leagues POP Cards aren't holo.

It did come from Target I believe. Its coprighted 2004 but I know we would have picked it up within the last year or so unless my son traded somebody for it.
