Besides Fieldworker and Rocket's admin, what are cards that make your opponent draw cards?

Well, Vaporeon ex is sorta shuffle and draw.

I said this because I was thinking of making a deck around Mr. Mime ex(1 and 2) and dodrio. I was only using dodrio because it made Mime ex retreat cost zero but if there is any other card that would do this that would be great.

I know this isnt really a card but you could try this. Use cards that make your OWN hand really big (like 15 cards). This could tempt your opponent into using a copycat or holon scientist. Then you can go to town.

Dodrio excludes Pokemon-ex (and babies). In HL-On (RS-On), the only way to let Pokemon-ex free retreat is Balloon Berry.

But you can load up your bench and hope your opponent uses a big Stevens.

It's a possibility.
