Its Wed 10/9/13 about 4pm and still seeing this message. Ticket already opened. Can someone please post to this topic when the order goes live and works. Its very annoying to log in everyday just to receive this message time and time again. Thanks.

It will be up all in due time. It's still down for everyone so really no ticket is necessary. I'm sure someone will post in here if they successfully ordered their kit (I will if no one has yet...)
 
I'm wondering this too. If this is true, how were those of us who already ordered one long ago able to order a second one for last year's cycle?
Programming glitch? If it shows up i'll have extras for new leaguers who haven't ordered their Badge Case.
 
Not that I've seen. People usually find out as soon as league supplies first arrive.

Last year I recall seeing a sample of the badges and case at Indiana Regionals, but I can't quite remember how much I knew about it beforehand.

Sure as Pikachu is yellow a ticket definately needed to be open. What kind of professionalism does it show that an email was sent out to all League Leaders on October 7 that ordering for the Chespin season is now available and when people go to log on and order they receive a contradictory message that you cant order it?

true, but i think they know a problem exists when no league has ordered the supplies for the Chespin series.

Man, can't someone make a mistake? Everything works as expected most of the time and no one says anything, but when something goes wrong, people question professionalism, or even competency.

(I'm saying that as someone voluntarily putting skin in the game by writing software to have our tournament events run better. If something goes wrong, I would hope the players show some measure of tolerance.)

While I agree, they should communicate this better. My league owner was thoroughly confused and it's only through me passing on what gets posted here that he has any idea what's going on.
 
I agree, a followup email saying "sorry it's not ready yet" would be something, but often those aren't kicked off right away (or even within a day for example) because someone promises a resolution sooner than it actually materializes. I've been on both sides...as someone waiting for resolution, and someone who is on the hook to deliver resolution.

Though to acknowledge the systems that are indeed in place, your League Owner has access to the official Pokémon forums, even a special League subforum, where this matter is being discussed too. Anyone confused ought to visit there first.

losjackal - Do you do the ordering for your League? Have you ever placed an order before? This is not the FIRST time this has happened. There are other seasons where an email is sent out and then I go to log on to order just to get the same message that "This season is not ready to order."
 
I do place the orders for my league. I don't recall seeing this error any time in the 3 years that I've been running a league, but maybe that's because I usually wait at least 5-10 days to get one or two more league sessions in before reporting and placing the next season's order.
