Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

OREGON City Championships (and one in WA)

I still can't believe you won that game just because I took the second Warp Point out. lol

The One Republic CD is the first light rock album I've listened to in the past year. lol. From Darude and Disturbed to that, my oh my. XD I tried bobbing my head to it, and the people in the car next to me frowned and drove off a cliff in agony at my ineptitude.

Oh, I might not be at the Corvallis CC, as that's the weekend right before finals. I'll definately be at the Salem one, though (duh).

[R]visitor, what were you thinking not having prizes for the DS tournaments we run? See, this is why I'm the more loved DS tournament organizer. I already have a special prize for the Salem DS tourney, the Shiny Raichu Chris, AKA Mr. Raichu, wants so badly. (JK, or am I?)

I forgot, what can I say? Hey, at least I was there, you lazy jerk!

I ended up with a brown zipper front hoodie and a lunch box at the Auburn City Championship. I think they may belong to the van full of Oregon players who came up (Thanks for coming!) The lunch box has Oliver B's name on it.

Send me a PM and we can make arrangements to get these back to you.

Ahoy.

Got this email from Rich or Peggy or someone down in COrvallis:

1. there will of course be a ds tournament at the corvallis city championship this coming saturday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2. clint would like to have the following rules
a. double battle - 4 pokemon (level 100 or lower) battling 2 at a time
b. only 1 legendary allowed
c. all the normal rules including no duplicate pokemon, no duplicate items, no wobbuffet with leftovers, no sould dew, etc.
3. i hope that don mcintyre can pass this on to the eugene people and that kayhon can pass this on the salem people, and that chris clanton, bds, travis can pass this on to portland area people.

Figured I'd do everyone's job for them and post it here. XD

Spread the word!

(I'mma lose now.......*hates double battles*)

Corvallis Room Change

If you are coming to the Corvallis event tomorrow I wanted to give you a heads up on a change in the room we will be using at Rite Aid. Those of you that have attended Battle Road tournaments there, know we usually use the room right off the parking lot on the street side (front) of the building. However, Rich A has found out that the room has no heat, which was not an issue for the Spring/Fall tournaments, but might be a bit uncomfotable this time of year. Rich found a good alternative at the store so we will be warm!

The room we will be using for the City Championship is upstairs on other side of Rite Aid (park on other side of the building and come in door at the back of the store). It is actually better lit, close to bathrooms and HEATED!

Well today was pretty awesome. I had a blast in the DS tournament. I wonder how I got so popular. Look our Chris, you maybe replaced soon.

You know what I just realized? Now that I traded the Shiny Raichu to Chris I no longer have blackmailing rights on him and there's nothing for me to keep in the cage- BOX! I mean box.

Also, seems like I finally made a breakthrough in finding another Cities Location, so for anyone interested, here's a link to my other thread about this new location:

Mind you, it's not set in stone that we'll be running a cities here, but it's entirely possible. We've also got a league started there, so, for oregon players that're interested, check it out.

I really hope there will be City's in Hillsboro, especially now that there's a brand new card shop. I can't wait to check that new place out.

Heads up on the DS tournament, I'm seriously considering doing a Double Battle tournament like the one in Corvallis. So if you want to participate in that, have 4 pokemon ready. Unlike the way it was done in Corvallis, ONE legendary per team. If we don't get enough people, I'll go back to singles.
