ok the idea for the deck is to hit with RDL as much as possible it has a nasty weakness hence the Azelf Lv X the typlo should make hittng every turn possible manetric is a nice bench saver and can search out energy too blissy should keep some of the damage healed and Ninetales is a nice way to draw though the deck.

This deck is designed for fun and I believe it will be but I will play in in a Battle road so if you can help make it better please do.

And were is your Luxury Ball? It can also grab you 1 part of a Legend.
I don't think you need DCE, but what about 1 Shaymin who can move your nrg?

The Blissey and Manetric PL lines seem a little...random? I can see the case for Manetric in protecting frail Pokemon like Ninetales and Azelf Lv X on the bench (though Bench Shield could also accomplish this), but Blissey healing for only a Potion every turn just doesn't seem like much...

So anyways, I'd probably drop the Blissey for sure, and maybe bump the Manetric line down to 1-1 or something. You're missing a Luxury Ball as Rainbowgym pointed out (tsk tsk), and once you have your Ninetales out, you could probably start abusing something like Judge on the opponent, especially if you can hit them early on. Maybe something like Smeargle or Sableye would be an attractive option too to get jump-started on setting up stuff. I prefer Palmer's Contribution over Flower Girl (more flexible at the cost of a card), but that's more of a personal preference. Another thing you might want to consider is a 3-1 Legend line; some people say it's better, I haven't tried it out personally, but it's something to consider, though probably more so if you use Pokemon Rescue somewhere.

Oh and one final thing, watch out for Umbreon UD; it pretty much shuts down all of your main attacking Pokemon, unless you want to beat it up with like Quilava or something. Just saying, I know it annoyed the heck out of me last BR.

my thinking on the blissey is the fact that I'll be putting damage on every turn with typhlosion and I can remove it with blissey. I see your point with umbreon.

Oh yeah, my bad there. Totally forgot he also puts a damage counter on the target when you used his Power, unlike other similar ones.

Another alternative idea to the healing situation is a 1-0-1 (or 1-1-1 if you want) Nidoqueen RR line, it heals all of your Pokemon and by the time your turn comes around again, you'll be healed of the same 20 and not have to discard. Still not sure you really need a 2-2 Manetric line, yes it gives more consistency, but you run 2 Azelf, so you have a good chance of digging out whatever might be prized even if you're Power Sprayed once.

I agree I'm not sure I NEED the tric line I like both of it's attacks and it's body is a nice trick searching out a lightning energy for a dce is nice.

Well, maybe 1-1 tric (because that bench protection does help prevent stuff like Garchomp sniping off your Ninetales), but 2-2 seems a tad overkill if you're ideally gonna be blasting away with Deoxys/Rayquaza all the time anyways.

one thing to think about is how easy is it to get both legends out

i have trouble getting both...one is easy but both is tough, i keep getting judged
