Bored so I made a card.
:water: Palkia HP 120
Basic
Poke-Power: Quick Teleport

Once during your turn, you may use this power. Shuffle Palkia and all cards attached to it into your deck.

Poke-Power: Space Draw
Once during your turn, when you play Palkia from your hand onto your bench, you may use this power. Draw two cards. You can't use more than one Space Draw Poke-Power per turn.

Weakness: :colorless: x2 Resistance: :fire: -20 Retreat: 0

I tried making a reasonable draw card that could be recycled but not make decks too fast, so I put the limiter on it.

Lv. X - Put this card onto your active Palkia.

Poke-Body: Energy Manipulation
Once during your turn, you may use this power. Choose an energy card attached to one of your Pokemon and move it to another one of your Pokemon in play. You can't use more than one Energy Manipulation Poke-Power per turn.

:colorless::colorless::colorless: Space Launcher
Choose one of your opponent's Pokemon. This attack does 70 damage to that Pokemon. Discard two energy attached to one of your Pokemon.

Weakness: :colorless: x2 Resistance: :fire: -20 Retreat: 0

So I have to level up Palkia before I can use him to attack?

There a problem with that? The basic is made specifically for drawing.

Well he is a 120 hp basic, I would expect him to be able to do some type of attack

But then you could basically remake bill saying after playing this card, it goes back into your deck

Did you read the card? You can only use one Space Draw per turn, so it isn't like old school Bill.

I meant the current supporter bill

Yeah? bill is a supporter. This is a Pokemon. They are two different types of cards, Palkia is not simply a Bill reprint lol.
