-Palkia Lock for CCs- Need help fitting in techs!

Hey,

I'm planning on playing Palkia Lock for cities, but I need some help fitting in some extra techs and
things.

Here's the list I'm currently using:

Pokemon:

3-1 Palkia G
2-1 Luxray GL
4 Mespirit LA
2 Uxie LA
3 Crobat G
1 Azelf LA
1 Azelf MT
1 Pachirisu GE (I thought it might be a nice tech, since Expert Belt is pretty big right now.)

T/S/S:

4 Roseanne's
4 Cyrus
4 Power Spray
4 'Turn
4 E. Gain
2 Warp Point
2 Premier Ball
2 SP Radar
1 Bebe's
1 Lux. Ball
1 Aaron's
1 NM

Energy:

5 Water
2 Electric
4 Call

Strategy:

Get a Power Lock as soon as possible with Mespirits and Power Spray. Use Luxray to drag out a Claydol
or something with a heavy retreat cost, then use Palkia to snipe and spread. When your bench is full, use Lost Cyclone to take away Pixies or Crobat Gs.

Here are the possible techs I want to try and fit in:

-1-1 Dialga G
-Lucario GL
-Promocroak OR Mankey SV
-And possibly an Unown Q

So, maybe you can help?

you could take out 1 energy gain
in my list i don't use call energies, and am very consistent w/ t1 power lock, t2 palkia
running 9 energy

 

[Time for Pain]

I would take out the pachirisu (you want to take the extra prize Expert Belt gives up) for an unown q. After that it's hard. You could take out a premier ball for a bronzong g but after that everything else is good and I wouldn't want to lower it.
