That's those guys.
They run the events in Japan.
They design the cards.

Where do you see a $1000 PCL trophy card?
There are literally hundreds of pictures in that link.
What part are you talking about?

They create the cards, my friend. They have all the cards they need, and every card lol. Of course. I'm sure they have dozens of those trophy cards, since they're printed on a sheet.

They can't play at tournaments with them, though- not compete since they work for the company, but in exchange for that they create the cards, create the rules, determine the rules, get limitless access, and get to travel around.

It's a pretty sweet deal, one I would definitely take up.
 
Ah. I thought you were saying that they had Trophy cards that you could win for playing against PCL.

Yeah, they make them all.
They have whatever they want.

One of them was telling my about his garage full of Red/Green Vending Card Gift sets that go for about $100+ over here.
