4 Dunsparce(get the basics!)
2 Mistreavous(hit for 20 and switch to fossil/shedninja)
4 Nincada
4 Shedninja(no prize) (Deoxy)
2 Pidgey
1 Pidgeotto
2 Pidgeot(get fossils, retreivers and shedninja)

12 Psychic Energy

4 Claw Fossil
4 Root Fossil
4 Mysterious Fossil
4 Poke'mon retreiver
3 Rare Candy
3 Celio's Network
3 Steven’s Advice
3 TV Reporter
1 Magnetic Storm

You get Mistreavous on the bench and hit for 20/place a counter every turn while switching to fossils/shedninja. You get shedninja and nincada back with retreiver and Pidgeot to get em back into play to continue the no prize fest

What's your win condition? 20 damage a turn forever doesn't seem so good.

How do you deal with Tyranitar (either version)? Or Rocket's Tricky Gym?

You might want to play some Ditto. Ditto returns Nincada to the field... next turn, Retriever returns Shedinja to the field. Not quite sure what you could remove for them, though.

I would run the Ninjask that searches for a basic and puts it on the bench. Just hit with it for 30 and switch to Shedninja. Ditto is a good idea(compliments Misdreavus on his advice). The only effective way to draw enough prizes in time for tournament play is to run 3 to 4 desert ruins. Desert ruins plus Shedninja's attack can make this deck able to take on Blaziken if you can keep ruins out. I might run psychic energy and put in 1 or 2 Mistreavus to hit things that are grass resistant(such as Dark Dragonite). Good luck. Hope I helped.

To Tagrineth: Wartortle does dish out more damage than Ninjask, but the thing about him is speed(energy requirements and evolution) and deck space. You may deal 40 a turn and switch with a no prizer, but 30 a turn will give you more turns. For that extra deck space will be used for more Poke'mon Retreiver and Ditto/fossils.

But why Misdreavous? X_x I mean, c'mon... Misdreavous is just terrible.

Maybe replace the Misdreavous with 2-2 Wartortle from RG. Wartortle has an attack called "Smash Turn" which does 40 and then switches him with one benched pokemon.

Read my SIGNATURE and link for my Flying Turtle.
I have been running the Turtle for a while with many varients. (SO I DO CONSIDER MYSELF AN EXPERT)

First, Mistreavous is worthless because of the Darkness Weakness. R.Sneasels EX in the Dragonite decks can Pull it up an kill it.
Second, Mysterious Fossils at 10 hp are not the greatest things in the world. You might want to only run one so that folks "think" you have 4 of them.
I like the Warturtle better because of this reason.
Squirtles will do a 20 damage varient of smash turn.
Warturtles will do a 40 damage varient of smash turn.
Blastoise is the "Phantom Menance" While you are smash turning, your opponent has to remember that you can drop a Blastoise on to the field to do 80 damage rather than 40.

Slow Deck made an interesting comment about the drop a Blasty Ex any time. I would go with that and to Tangrineth again: I was talking about Ninjask that switches and searches for a basic. I wasn't talking about Misdreavous. Misdreavous isn't really that good in this type of deck. I've learned that from play testing.
