perfect deck help

there is no perfect deck.:p

And 2 type decks will not be even close to perfect.

Stick with 1 type, if you can.

Try your hardest to come up with a good list including some pokemon at each level and some other Pokemon to help powering up early on. Be sure to use a lot of trainers too, the best thing to do is use about 20 pokemon, 20 trainers, and 20 energies. Once you've come up with a good deck, post it here, and we'll give you some criticism and suggestions to help make it stronger.

2-type decks aren't really easy to run, so unless you plan on doing this for Salamence or Latios or something, I'd say try to pick your favorite type and work on choosing some good main attackers of that type.

Keep in mind though, that while we can make a good deck a lot stronger, there can never be a perfect deck, there's always something out there able to beat it

ya, but there's always something to stop it, something called not getting the right nrgy. i think the only decent 2 type deck next season will be TLC (turncruel if u don't know).

Steel/Lightning Magnezone also work.

If you have a rough idea of what Pokemon you want to use, go ahead and post in the deck help forum.

Welcome to Pokemon TCG : D

Post one of your deck Ideas (with a list and strategy) in the Deck Help and Strategy forum, and we'll critique it for you. Just make sure you have 15-20ish pokemon, 25ish trainers, and 15ish energy. The numbers will obviously vary with the deck.
Also, there is no perfect deck (because gallade doesn't have DRE's and Scrambles anymore). If you like fire, try to use Magmortar, he's probably the best fire type out there at the moment. If you like water, use either Empoleon or Frolass.
But, either way, you're gonna want a bit of fighting...CLAYDOL.

ya man just come up with idea and post it on here and well try to set you up and dont think your ideas dumb or anything because those are usually the ones that get people.. and hopefully know one will shoot down your idea

Ludicolo d is rotated...

What about... erm...uh... can't think of any Fire/Water Pokemon that would go well together. Lol. Sorry, but the two types have absolutly NO synergy. Make something else. =/

Meh, 3 Energy to attack for only 50 damage = fail. When IFDS comes out, Dusky will be amazing. Now, it's only good as a tech.

And yet, gardy dominated the entire season...makes you wonder.

Completely wrong. It dominated for different reasons, and with the aviablibility of DRE and SCRAMBLE it was even less of a problem, and actually became an asset.

No perfect deck. Get it straight. Next to mix water and fire is 'tuff. You need a deck with synergy, and for fire and water, its lacking.

I would recommend changing you types or looking at the "big picture" of pokemon.

Let's see... Making Synergy...

Well, what do a lot of Water pokemon do? Place damage onto the bench maybe? (Read: Empoleon, Octillery, etc.)
What do certain Fire pokemon do? Deliver massive damage (though it's frequently ~10 damage short <_<") for KOs? Occasionally spread damage? (Read: Magmortar SW, Infernape MD, etc.)

Will it be difficult to pull off? Of course it will! Especially without Scramble Energies... But possible? Eh, maybe. I found Empoleon and Infernape to work HORRIDLY, but maybe you'll have different results. Who knows. At least Fire gives you a decent answer to the silly decks like Torterra that sit there and negate spread.

Just to clarify what folks are saying, "rotated" and "illegal" in this context apply during official Modified Format tournaments and such. For casual play with friends (and at some Leagues) all cards are useable
