bit of a fun idea, kinda brings back the dual types and makes things a bit more challenging

Phantom Venusaur
Stage 2 Pokemon: evolves from Ivysaur
130 HP :grass::psychic:

Poke-BODY: Phantom Defense
If Phanotm Venusaur is attacked by a non-Phantom Pokemon, do not apply weakness.

(C)(C) Energy Grab: 0
Search your discard pile for any combintaion of two (G) and (P) energy

(P)(P)(G)(G) Phantom Solarbeam : 70
If The Defending Pokemon has Phantom in it's name, this attack does 70 damage plus 70 more damage.

Weakness: :fire: +30
Resistance: :water: -20
Retreat: :colorless:colorless

please rate, review, criticize, and just overall give your opinion on how to make this better. Also, feel free to make your own Phantoms

STAGE 1 - Evolves from Cubone

[Poke-BODY] Undying Protection
Prevent all effects of attacks done to your Cubone in play.

[F] Bonerang 30x
Flip 2 coins. This attack does 30 damage times the number of heads.

[P][C][C] Haunting of the Mind
Put 6 damage counters on your opponent's Pokemon in any way you like.

If Phantom Absol Knocks Out a Pokemon, before taking a Prize, you may flip a coin. If heads, draw another Prize. If Tails, don't draw a Prize at all

Choose 1 of the Defending Pokemon. Phantom Absol * copies that attack exept for the attack cost. Phantom Absol * performs that attack but you must still do anything required to do the attack.

:dark::dark::psychic::psychic: Tear Apart 10+
This attack does 10+10 more damage for each damage counter on Phantom Absol * and the Defending Pokemon.

Resistance: :psychic:-40
Retreat: :colorless:colorless

(.) Slip Poison:
The defending Pokemon's now Poisoned and can't retreat during your opponents next turn.

:psychic: Mystery Chomp:70
Flip a coin. If heads, Raticate can't attack or retreat during your next turn. If tails, this attack does nothing.

Phantom Scizor HP 100 :psychic::metal:
evolves from Scyther

:pbody: Phantom Streak
if the defending pokemon attacks Phantom Scizor and its a :fire: pokemon, before doing damage, your opponent flips a coin. If tails, the attack does nothing, not even damage. (everything else that is required to do the attack still happens.)

:metal: Quick Claw 30
This attack isn't affected by resistance.

:metal::psychic: Gravity Claw 60+
This attack does 60 plus the defending pokemon's weakness. Before doing damage, you may switch the defending pokemon with one of your opponent's benched pokemon. If you do, this attack does 40 plus the new defending pokemon's weakness. If the defending pokemon's weakness is 2x, this attack adds 50 damage.)

Once during your turn, you may discard a card from the top of your deck equal to the number of Phantom Pokemon in play. If you do return that many card(s) from your discad pile into your deck (excluding the card(s) you discarded).

[C][C] Horn Drill 50
If Phantom Rhyperior is evolved on this turn, this attack base damage is 80 instead.

[F][F][C] Return Crush 50+
Look at both players discard pile. This attack does 50 damage plus 20 damage for each [F] energy you find. Then shuffle the [F] energies into both player's deck.

THe Poke-Power needs better wording. You say you can discard multiple with it and it still say card instead of card(s).
 
I'm seeing some pretty cool things here. Also, I have to admit that Phantom Raticate's second attack is one of the most balanced things I've seen with the whole 70 for 1 and it either won't hit or it will but Raticate can't retreat or attack next turn, def. keeps it from being broken

Once during your turn, you may flip a coin. If heads, prevent all effects of an attack, excluding damage, done to Wailord during your opponents next turn and any attack who's base damage is 50 or less does no damage.

You cannot use this attack if you got heads with the poke power Phantom Vanish.

:water::psychic::colorless Psycho Flop 70
If you got heads with the poke body Phantom Vanish, this attack does 20 damage to each bench pokemon, (Yours and your opponents)(Don't apply weakness and resistance for benched pokemon

You may not use more than one Phantom Rage power per turn and this power can't be used if Phantom Gyarados is affected by a Special Condition.

This attack does 50 damage plus 10 more damage for each damage counter on Phantom Gyarados.

(W)(W)(W) - Hydroblast - 60
You must discard 2 (W) enegry from Phantom Gyarados in order to use this attack.

(P)(P)(P)(P) - Shadow Blast - 100
Discard all (P) attached to Phantom Gyarados. Phantom Gyarados can't attack during your next turn.

Both Defending Pokemon are now Asleep.

You may discard all Basic [P] Energy card in play. If you do ,this attack does 100 damage minus 10 damage for each [P] energy discarded in this way.
