Was it just me, or did Pikachu look a little deflated this year? Was having flashbacks to the PETA flash game...

Is it a new Pikachu in the thanksgiving parade?

When did they change the balloon?

Was its ears supposed to be pinned down?

Its the same balloon as the past year but my guess is one of the fabric's or something must have ripped or torn and some air got out making the ears look down.

I think the guide wires were pinning the ears down.
