I'm planning to at least test this when Plasma Freeze hits. First, the decklist.

POKEMON - 16
4-4 - Weavile
4 - Exeggcute
4 - Darkrai EX

T/S/S - 33
4 – Level Ball
4 – Pokemon Catcher
3 – Dark Patch
2 – Super Scoop Up
2 – Ultra Ball
2 – Dark Claw
2 – Tool Scrapper
1 – Computer Search

4 – Professor Juniper
4 – Skyla
3 – N
2 – Cheren

ENERGY - 11
11 - Darkness Energy

The strategy is to bring out a Weavile and discard as many Exeggcutes as possible to his Scapegoat attack, hopefully hitting for 120+ while only giving up one Prize when KOed. Darkrai is a backup attacker and also supports with his ability. Level Ball grabs everything except Darkrai, which can be grabbed with Ultra Ball. Exeggcute's ability also mitigates the cost of Ultra Ball and Computer Search. Super Scoop Up helps to not give a free Prize when I'm forced to lead with an Exeggcute. Tool Scrapper is for Garbodor, who shuts off Exeggcute when online. The rest is fairly typical.

I personally wouldn't run Eevee, and by extent it's evos. It is easily donked by anything in DTK+Laser

Weavile's Vilify can place excess eveelution into the discard and Flareon can clean up after 10+ pokemon are in the discard.
Espeon DEX can sit on the bench and prevent effects of attacks, Umbreon can sit on the bench and add HP, Leafeon can counter Keldeo for 1. Weaveelutions ftw.

4 Skyla seems a bit heavy. Yes, things are trainer-oriented, but i feel like 4 is just a large number.

Also I know you're running 4-4 Weavile to max out the chances of getting one, but perhaps 4-3 and more trainers would be more appropriate. That's a matter of personal choice though.
