Actually, Snowball21, it doesn't have to do with what evolution form the Pokemon is, but how much HP the Pokemon ex has. 150+ has 2 weaknesses, the only 2 exceptions to the rule being Blastoise ex and Blissey ex, I believe.

And what DECK can it be used in?
The opponent isn't going to delta draw with your Mawile on the field. They will start using supporters and setting up to KO the Mawile.

Good point. Problem is though, you lose consistency yourself by playing something that is inferior to other starters, and you waste an extra attachment by going for pull away.And? It stops them from Delta drawing+supporters doesn't it. It cuts consistancy quite a bit.

this is kind of late, but to all the people saying Shiftry always relies on your opponent
Espeon ex + Shiftry so you chose what you wanna use as long as the pokemon was on their bench. it could be used with like 4 warp point or Umbreon or something.
