Not apparently - it's in the TO docs that $20 is the most that can be charged. I guess that would imply the TO could charge less...GymLeaderPhil said:The highest a Tournament Organizer can charge for entry is $20 apparently. Some are $15, some are $20. I have not seen any below $15.
