Is it permitted for a player to place a Pokemon on the Bench after the coin has been flipped to see who goes first? I think the game state cannot be changed after the coin is flipped and before the game formally begins; a friend of mine thinks a player can put a Pokemon on the Bench up until the players' Active Pokemon are flipped over to start the game.
