Hello guys :) I recently started playing Pokemon TCG. My deck's strategy consists of using its different attack styles and adapting to different decks. Sceptile (my favorite pokemon) is the foundation of the deck. I was disappointed that it wasn't included in Psy-Crusher so I had to buy some boosters to get one and I got many powerful pokemon such as Deoxys-EX, Flareon and lots of support of Team Plasma in the process. I also managed to get few cards from more recent sets too. The stategy goes like this: Sceptile for high base power and a healing bonus. Espeon for early-game sniper. Emolga for searching Deoxys, Treecko and Eevees. Leafeon, Deoxys, Meloetta and Tropius for using the opponent's energy against them, and last but not least, Flareon and Shaymin as late-game revenge killers (also, Espeon and Tropius can give me a boost in case I've got few cards in hand). So far I have fought against friends that have decks from DP-era (which I have won all except for one matches), against my brother who has in his collection the worlds 2010 Boltevoir deck (against this champion-level deck, mine proves to be quite the contender, last night I managed to score 3-1 in matches).
Here goes the decklist. Does it have potential in Standard format?

This isn't a Standard format deck, though it's close. Pokemon Communication and Blend Energy are not legal.

You never want to run a "starter deck" style evolution pyramid (3-2-1), once you get the one sceptile out the remaining treecko and grovyle become totally useless and what if the one sceptile dies, or is in the prizes? Its' much more common to see techy stage 2 lines like sceptile be 2-1-2, 3-1-2, or 3-2-2, depending on how much space you have in the deck - and Rare Candy is used alongside the stage 1 for speed.

You don't have nearly enough card draw in here. 3 Juniper and 1 Colress is going to leave you with an empty hand more often than not. Your other supporters are 3 Plasma Grunt, 2 Skyla, 2 Triad, which are all good but they aren't enough when you're running on empty and need a refill.

I know that you're new and don't have access to a huge collection yet. I'm just giving you food for thought.

From a general deck design perspective, ignoring the mechanical flaws I already listed, this deck doesn't seem to have a clear direction. Yeah you outlined a sort of early/mid/lategame kinda strategy, but there are so many strong strategies you could focus on that wouldn't require spreading yourself so thin between different pokemon. For example, the Plasma Leafeon and Flareon alone are both super strong, and while you look at Flareon as a "revenge killer", it doesn't have to be. There are ways (e.g. Battle Compressor which is in XY Phantom Forces) to charge up Flareon's attack very fast, allowing Flareon to serve as your midgame as well as lategame fighter (and possibly even early game on a good draw).

You're off to a better start than a LOT of new players, but hopefully this will give you some ideas for improvement
