Plasma Pokemon vs Regular Pokemon

So with the new Plasma Pokemon coming out, are they going to count as regular pokemon or different pokemon on their own? For example, can I have 4 KlingKlang and 4 Team Plasma KlingKlang in my deck? I am unsure because the Team Plasma part is not included in the name with KlingKlang. But then again, there are specific cards only meant for Team Plasma as well. Thanks in advance!!

Go by the name printed on the card.

Effects referring to "Team Plasma cards" are not referring to the name of a card.
They are referring to the following:

1) Blue Border

2) Team Plasma bar in the upper right corner

3) Team Plasma shield in text box

But "Team Plasma" is nowhere in the names of the cards. Go by the name, as has always been the rule.
