Thanks to everyone who turned out despite the cold and snow and a special mention for those travelling from Grimsby and Newcastle... hope you enjoyed it.

Before we get to the battle results... how many level X cards... we opened 8 boxes in total and the tally seems to be around 15 level X cards plus the 3 elusive reprints... level X's spotted include Girantina, Shaymin, Drapion and Palkia G with many Shaymin & Girantina making it to the battle decks.

Juniors
1. Joe W... back on form with full force Skuntanks... undefeated on the day... well done Joe
2. Beth L... Girantina and Shaymin, undefeated til she came up against Joe W. and then again in the final!
3. Luke C... Nosepass, Girantine and Torterra make an unlikely combination but it worked well

...and a special mention to our youngest player Zach L. aged 6... well played mate!

Seniors
1. Leon K... continues his dominance of the City Championships with Carnivine, Nosepass and Chimchar
2. Jake S.... used Monferno, Manectric and Chansey to great effect and took no prisoners!
3. Georgia H... finally makes it in to the top 3 with Palkia, Girantine, Shaymin and team - well deserved!

Masters
1. Dawn S.... the undefeated "Giratina Queen" and only person to pull 2 level X's from 8 packets!
2. Daniel N... used the fire combination of Torchic, Torkoal & Blazikan with Nose & Probopass back-up
3. Alex D-P... and no, that's not for Diamond & Pearl ...but he did play Dialga & Palkia

yes it was a great day yes i saw a lot of lvx i saw dialga G lvx and many of the cards were just awsome i turned giratina with machamp and gallade now gmg deck i call it so i'll bring it on friday with me alog with magkiss as well:fire::psychic::fighting::colorless hope to see you friday and i can buy some platinum cards but it was fun great day:thumb:
 
Well done to all - Jaedon did you have enough promos in the end?

It's going to be good seeing you again (hopefully soon) matey and nationals will be a hoot again this year.

Looking forward to seeing the Leeds Posse making an impact at Nationals too .. don't forget you and your guys are welcome to travel down for the Battle Royale and the London Regional if you can :D

Just enough promos! Thankfully a number of the gang kindly accepted the alternative offer of a Legends Awakened booster pack instead of a promo... phew... we had just enough.

Yeah, try and get down to the Battle Royale, its been a long time since i have seen you, and if it wasnt for you anyway i would'nt have got to national's 08. Just feel like repaying back the favour
