Play! Pokemon Holo Energy

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering how much the energies are worth? The holo ones with the Play! stamp on the bottom right of the card and the HGSS artwork.

I'm trying to get hold of them through trading, but I'm not sure how much they're worth, and don't want to get ripped off/have to deal with others moaning about how I'm trying to rip everybody off
