I was wondering if the new Eviolite/ Secret Rare Blastoise from Plasma Storm are legal for play in the ECC; as they are reprints of cards that are already available in BW-BCR?
Reprints of cards that are currently legal are also legal as long as they are easily identifiable as the same card, which these are.
They would be legal to use.
