Player points question, in relation to Nats.

I have no idea if this is the right place to post this, so forgive me I'm looking in the wrong place.

I have a friend (we'll call him person A) who has just over the minimum requirement of points to attend the UK Nats (say 11 or 12), and he was wondering if it would be legal/ possible for him to give one or two points of his to another friend (let's call him person B) so they can both attend Nationals. Perosn B has maybe 8 or 9 points so far, and it's unlikely person B will be able to attend any more events this year.

Is such a thing even allowed or possible? My friend is just curious.

I believe that you get a Play! Point for each league session you participate in. Could your friend find one local to him, and just turn up for a few hours to get the extra point he needs?

In your scenario both person A and person B must be looking for a holiday from pokemon. But not one in Hawaii !

At 8 points just one league session and one "monthly" tournament will gain Person B the missing 2 points so he can play for the good holiday.
